- 4 fillets salmon
- 1 package Boursin cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a layer of Boursin cheese on each fillet.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble over the salmon.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder and black pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
