Ingredients

  • 1 package Boursin cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread a layer of Boursin cheese on each fillet.
  4. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble over the salmon.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder and black pepper.
