- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
- In a saucepan, boil the apple cider until reduced to about 1/2 cup.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the reduced apple cider.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chopped apples into the batter.
