Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together apple cider, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased bundt pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before removing from the pan.
