- 8 flour tortillas

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, green chilies, and half of the cheese.
- Fill tortillas with the chicken mixture, roll them up and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour, and cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in the sour cream and heavy cream, then add garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
- Pour the sauce over the enchiladas and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
